Democracy
Democracy is a form of a government in which the people or citizens of a particular country have an equal involvement in the working of the government. Democracy is said to be ‘of the people’, ‘by the people’ and ‘for the people’, so the participation of the people is evident in the governing process. Some of the other features of democracy include, political equality for all its citizens irrespective of cast creed color or faith, Freedom of speech, of expression of opinion and to practice any religion, and above all democracy gives you a responsible government that is answerable and accountable to the people of its country.
